Course Information:

  1. These courses are part of the "Green Cooking, Sustainable Food" series, developed under the University Consortium's Digital Learning Promotion and Innovation Program – Food & Health Happiness Alliance.

  2. This course series aligns with the UN SDGs goals, promoting green lifestyles while addressing individual and group needs for sustainable and environmentally friendly education, encouraging a healthier and more socially responsible way of life.

  3. Course Duration:

    • "Zero Food Waste Living": Available now until May 2, 2025

    • "Healthy Baking Kitchen": Available now until June 30, 2025

  5. "Healthy Baking Kitchen" features Chinese audio with full English subtitles, making it suitable for students from New Southbound countries and those proficient in English.
