This course is designed as part of the University Alliance Program for Advancing Digital Learning and Innovative Applications – Digital Empowerment Lifelong Learning Alliance, and has been carefully planned and developed by Chung Yuan Christian University.

The course is taught by Assistant Professor Yen-Wei Yu from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at CYCU. It focuses on cultivating interpersonal communication skills and workplace soft power to help learners face various professional challenges. Through online learning, students will discover strategies to overcome communication barriers and make lasting, positive impacts in professional environments.
