We are pleased to share that NCHU has opened registration for its English-taught MOOC “Versatile Processing and Value-Adding of Agricultural Products.” All faculty and staff are warmly invited to participate.

This course introduces diverse processing and value-adding techniques for agricultural products, enhancing learners’ understanding of the “farm-to-table” concept.
