Please be advised that the office location for the Active Learning Scholarship application has been changed. Kindly take note of the updated information below.

Effective January 13, 2026 (Tuesday), the Take-Off Program Office will be relocating:

  • Former Office Location:
    Office M103, 1st Floor, Management Building (next to 7-Eleven)

  • New Office Location:
    H116, Deep Cultivation Project Office, College of Medical and Health Sciences

  • Updated Extension Number:
    Changed from 1793 to 3604

All related hard-copy documents (official correspondence, reimbursement forms, scholarship application materials, etc.) should be submitted to Office H116.
