Summary
This course introduces the basic concepts and norms related to environmental and energy laws, and covers international and domestic development trends, policy formulation, case introduction, etc.

Course objectives
The course constructs basic concepts, explains the development history and current status of relevant norms, and cultivates students' application and problem analysis abilities through case introductions, evaluates whether the legislative control aspects can respond to current energy and environmental issues, and then guides students to reflect and propose Solution.
